Job summary

Captivation Software is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and maintain tools and services in support of Atlassian Jira and Confluence integrations. You will work with software developers, sysadmins, PMs, and mission customers to deliver seamless workflows and automation. You will leverage Linux CLI, Bash, PHP, Python, and Java, plus Atlassian SDK, Ansible, and GitLab CI to build reliable tooling.

A Top Secret clearance is required for U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Linux CLI and Linux Tools experience required.
• Bash/PHP scripting to automate tasks.
• Python and Java development experience needed.
• Experience with Atlassian SDK for integrations.
• IaC with Ansible experience preferred.
• CI/CD with GitLab CI experience.
• Docker containerization experience required.
• Ability to document configurations and procedures.
• Git source control and collaboration experience.
