Halogen Engineering Group, Inc. in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a System Administrator specialized in LINUX/RHEL with TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance. The role requires 15 years of SA experience, a technical degree, and DoD 8570 IAT I or higher.

You will implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems, support day-to-day operations, and manage UNIX and Windows environments. Onsite daytime shift with US Federal contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years' SA experience required in similar programs.
• Bachelors degree in a technical discipline required.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level I or higher compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) support for IT systems.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and related components.
• Assist with system design and architecture for SOA environments.
• Analyze and resolve complex problems across server hardware, apps, and software integration.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues across client/server/storage/network devices.
