Job summary

SEA CORP in Manassas, VA seeks a Software Architecture and Integration Engineer to support CIS within SWFTS. You will integrate software components, improve build processes, and verify systems in Linux HA environments.

Ideal candidates have container experience (Docker/Podman, Kubernetes), scripting skills (Python/Bash), and a background in C/C++. Clearance ability and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of software integration experience on Linux-based distributed systems.
• Experience with containerized components in distributed computing.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes container orchestration (RKE2).
• Proficient in Python and Bash scripting; Docker/Podman experience.
• Ability to develop automated build processes with continuous quality and cyber analysis; DevSecOps exposure.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8–10 and network/server configuration.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain clearance; Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Integrate software components into the CIS Linux-based CCE.
• Improve the software build process and set up hardware/software test environments.
• System and software testing and verification.
• Collaborate with the SWFTS community to deploy CIS releases to the fleet.
