Job summary

Harris Geospatial Solutions is looking for a Senior Specialist, Systems Administrator, to lead our Linux endpoint engineering efforts. This includes managing the enterprise Linux desktop platform to ensure a secure and efficient user experience.

The ideal candidate has substantial experience in Linux system administration, particularly in an enterprise environment, alongside strong skills in automation and security architecture. The role involves collaboration across multiple teams to drive product ownership and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Linux systems engineering or relevant experience.
• 4+ years in enterprise RHEL/Ubuntu environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage enterprise Linux workstation architecture.
• Build automated workflows for image validation and deployment.
• Own endpoint security architecture and patching strategies.
