Job summary

Obscurity Labs is seeking a Linux Systems Engineer/Administrator to join a DevSecOps program. You will deploy and integrate new applications into a virtualized domain using infrastructure as code, onboard users and service accounts, and maintain system integrity with frequent updates.

The role requires strong Linux skills, experience with automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Gitlab), and Active Directory. On-site work in Springfield VA with potential travel and on-call duties is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 5 years' exp; or 3 years with a related master.
• Strong Linux proficiency and experience with automation/DevSecOps tools.
• Experience with Active Directory and scripting in Bash or Python.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and integrate new applications into our virtualized domain using infrastructure as code.
• Onboard new users and service accounts; manage permissions.
• Troubleshoot defects and maintain system integrity; apply updates and health monitoring.
• Travel to support hardware deployments at customer sites and provide on-call support per SLA.
