Belay Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Linux Systems Administrator / DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience to support secure mission-critical environments in Maryland.

The role focuses on Linux administration, Kubernetes, containerization, and automation using Ansible, Terraform, Git, Jenkins, and GitLab CI/CD. Candidates should have a technical degree and an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph, plus strong scripting, networking, and security hardening capabilities.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in systems administration, infrastructure engineering or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Extensive Linux administration in enterprise or mission-critical environments.
• Kubernetes clusters and containerized apps deployment and troubleshooting.
• Docker, containerd, and OCI-compatible images knowledge.
• Scripting/automation with Bash or Python.
• Ansible and Terraform for config management and IaC.
• Git-based version control and CI/CD platforms.
• Networking, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancing, and Linux networking.
• Monitoring, log analysis, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Linux/container security, hardening, vulnerability remediation, access control.

Responsabilidades

• Implement security hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage container orchestration and high availability.
• Deploy and maintain Kubernetes clusters and containerized apps.
• Leverage automation and IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Communicate technical issues and work with stakeholders.
