Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience specifically in LIMS and SQL.

• Solid understanding of the build/deployment process.

Responsibilities

• Set up the environment and database for data cleansing.
• Analyze and create data cleansing scripts for databases.
• Draft data verification scripts and perform regression testing.
• Prepare documentation for client system cloning.

Skills

LIMS development and configuration skills

SQL queries (Oracle or MS SQL)

Java modules/frameworks (web services, Hibernate, JMS)

Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and organization skills

Experience with Labvantage LIMS v8+

Experience with Jasper Reports
