• Knowledge of credit facilities, loan underwriting and assessment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of property operations to determine loan viability.
• Analyze financial statements and documents to evaluate risk profiles of complex transactions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis and structuring for complex properties or portfolios.
• Develop narratives for submission to Credit and agencies with detailed analysis of transaction structure and sponsors.
• Draft, review and analyze complex term sheets and applications for potential transactions.
