Job summary

PNC is seeking a qualified professional to join its in-office team as a senior credit/analyst responsible for advanced property and loan analysis. You will assess complex transactions, evaluate sponsorship, and construct detailed financial narratives for credit submissions.

Based in our DC area office, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure underwriting guidelines are followed and risk is managed effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Certifications are often desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex qualitative and quantitative analysis of property operations to determine loan viability.
• Analyzes financial statements to evaluate risk of complex transactions.
• Conducts in-depth analysis and structuring for complex properties or portfolios.
• Develops narrative with qualitative and quantitative analysis for submission to Credit and agencies.
• Drafts and reviews complex term sheets and applications.
