Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of LIHTC development or consulting experience.
• Preferred CPA, MBA, MRED, JD, or similar credential.
• Knowledge of LIHTC program, including 9% and 4% transactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in and advise on LIHTC development strategy.
• Direct preparation and review of LIHTC applications.
• Serve as a client contact and advisor.
