Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on field experience in commercial lighting electrical work.
• At least 2 years project management experience in lighting electrical or construction.
• Solid understanding of project management principles.
• Proficient in NEC.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lighting electrical projects from start to finish.
• Communicate with customers to confirm schedules and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in sourcing materials and coordinate with purchasing for updates.
• Work with warehouse staff to load/unload and prep tools for install teams.
• Manage project documentation, including punch walks and data input.
• Oversee daily work order management and timelines.
• Lead project closeout processes and provide updates to customers.
• Take notes during meetings and respond to customer feedback.
