Job summary

TOTAL Industries is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, electronic, gas/diesel and hydraulic equipment. You may work in a shop, in the field, or as a fleet technician for a large customer, with daily quotes and work orders.

Strong diagnostic skills and good English communication are required. You will join a union and can access healthcare, a guaranteed 40-hour week, and a 401K plan where available.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing lift trucks and industrial equipment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Must possess a DMV-clear record and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical, electronic, gas/diesel, and hydraulic equipment.
• Submit quotes and complete work orders daily.
• Work with Service Advisor to plan 8-hour daily schedule, including safety inspections.
• Travel to customer sites when assigned to field territory.
