Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a Lifeguard and site supervisor to oversee pool operations at a U.S. Army NAF facility in Alaska. Responsibilities include lifeguarding, water quality testing, and basic management support for staff scheduling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs lifeguarding duties and limited management functions.
• Ensures safe operation of the pool, filtration system, water balance and performs water testing.
• Provides maximum surveillance of pool area and rescues swimmers and administers first aid as required.
• Distributes and balances work-load assuring that each employee has enough work to keep busy.
• Provides leadership, guidance and oversight in program operations.
