Katia Designs LLC is seeking a highly experienced Lifecycle & Retention Manager to own email, SMS, and repeat-purchase strategy for our DTC brand.

You will collaborate with creative, CRO, paid media and merchandising to drive measurable growth.
Katia Designs is an established DTC e-commerce brand with a large existing customer base. We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Lifecycle & Retention Manager to take ownership of our email, SMS, customer retention, and repeat-purchase strategy.
This is not a consulting or reporting position. We need an operator.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building the strategy, executing campaigns and flows, testing aggressively, analyzing results, and ultimately growing measurable revenue from our existing customer base.
You have significant hands‑on experience managing lifecycle marketing for a $5M+ DTC e-commerce brand.
You are highly proficient in Klaviyo and can personally build campaigns, flows, segments and tests.
Most importantly, you can show us numbers.
We want to hear what the business looked like when you arrived, what you changed, and what happened to retention and revenue as a result.
We are not looking for someone who waits to be told what to do. We want someone who looks at the data, identifies opportunities, executes quickly, measures the results and continuously improves.
Assume you joined a DTC brand with 100,000+ existing customers whose retention performance was significantly under-optimized.
Walk us through what you would do during your first 30 days to generate materially more revenue from that customer base—without simply increasing discounts.
Please be specific. We are much more interested in your thinking and execution plan than a generic marketing answer.
