Job summary

You will drive performance, mentor a team, and ensure program documentation, confidentiality, and adherence to quality systems.

The role requires 6+ years in design, development or industrial operations in the automotive sector, with fluent English and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master Faurecia Program Management System knowledge or strong program management experience in a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with ability to influence across functions.
• Experience leading and mentoring teams in automotive programs; international exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resources are provided by functions on time for programs.
• Manage program performance using metrics like PPM, scrap, and operating margin.
• Lead and coach a team; conduct performance reviews and develop talent.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure confidentiality across customers, suppliers, and R&D.
• Represent the Faurecia program to customers and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
