Job summary

RTI Consulting, LLC is seeking a senior SCRM subject matter expert to lead acquisition lifecycle risk management for DoW programs in the Springfield, VA area. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, supplier risk, and program governance across the DoD supply chain.

You will embed SCRM into procurement actions and drive risk-informed decision making. The candidate should have 8+ years in SCRM/SCM, a DoW/IC guidance background, and experience creating training materials and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in SCRM or related field with relevant work experience.
• Minimum 8 years in SCRM, SCM or logistics.
• Ability to develop metrics, data collection and validation methodologies.
• Apply DoW and IC guidance to identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Experience developing online training, training plans and communications strategies.
• Experience governance and oversight support for senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust SCRM program aligned with DoW/IC policies and procurement actions.
• Engage with industry to develop process improvements and share best practices.
• Produce reports with lessons learned to enable project replication and collaboration.
• Develop strategic performance measures, data collection and validation methodologies.
• Craft SCRM strategies and communications to increase stakeholder engagement.
• Review governance processes and automate where appropriate; suggest improvements.
