Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of social service delivery experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in Life Services or related experience.
• Experience with populations in poverty.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching and development for participants.
• Coordinate logistics for appointments as necessary.
• Maintain required documentation in case management system.
