Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Executive Partner for Supply Chain in Life Sciences. You will guide senior leaders across pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device organizations, shaping strategy and accelerating transformation using Gartner insights and peer networks.

You will manage 25–30 executive relationships, advise on end-to-end supply chain design, resilience, and digital initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes through workshops, value plans and ongoing advisory support.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within life sciences organizations or life sciences consulting.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, quality and regulatory aspects.
• Experience advising and influencing senior executives (VP, SVP, EVP, C‑suite).
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–30 executive member relationships across life sciences organizations.
• Advise on supply chain strategy, operating model design, resilience, planning, manufacturing, distribution and digital transformation.
• Serve as an extension of the client's leadership team with objective guidance and actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate executive workshops, strategy sessions and peer networking to drive alignment and results.
• Connect members with Gartner research, analysts and peer insights to accelerate decision-making.
• Develop customized engagement and value plans focused on measurable outcomes.
• Support all phases of the member lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, delivery, value realization and renewal.
• Partner with Gartner sales and leadership to drive client retention and growth.
• Help clients achieve meaningful progress against business objectives through ongoing advisory support and thought leadership.
