Job summary

Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice is seeking a senior Life Sciences consultant to drive strategy, commercialization and regulatory programs for pharma, biotech, and medical technology clients.

You will partner with clients at all levels to shape product planning, pricing and launches, while mentoring teams and delivering client-ready PPTs.

Travel up to 20% across the US; 7–10 years of relevant consulting experience and advanced degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• 7-10 years Life Sciences consulting experience; advanced degree may offset years of experience.
• Minimum 5+ years strategy, commercialization and launch experience.
• Experience with solid tumor oncology biopharma commercialization/strategy projects (NSCLC, Breast, Prostate).
• Ability to manage full projects across multiple workstreams with limited oversight.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel, Access and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and oral communication; client-ready deliverables (PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US up to 20%.
• Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product planning, pricing, reimbursement, product commercialization, and regulatory and compliance solutions for life sciences clients.
• Partner with clients across levels to drive impact and deliver strategic projects.
• Lead and manage projects across several workstreams and teams; mentor junior staff.
• Produce client-ready deliverables including PowerPoint presentations.
