Job summary

Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice is seeking a Managing/Managing Consultant to lead projects in pharma, biotech, and medical devices. You will oversee project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and drive client relationship management across engagements.

You will contribute to product planning, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory/compliance solutions, while mentoring teammates and supporting sales initiatives. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years Life Sciences (Pharma/Biotech/Med Tech) consulting experience.
• Advanced degree may substitute years of experience.
• Minimum 3+ years strategy, commercialization and launch experience.
• Substantive oncology commercialization/strategy experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and oral communication for client deliverables.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the US, up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from cultivation to completion with designated teams.
• Develop work plans, staffing, deadlines and budgets; ensure quality outputs.
• Lead meetings, coach Consultants and Senior Consultants, provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Directors to report progress and developments.
• Assist in sales initiatives and practice development.
