Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Project Procurement Manager (PPM) for Life Sciences North America. The role covers Purchasing, Subcontracting, Expediting and Supplier Quality Surveillance on mid‑sized to large projects valued at $400M to $1B+.

You will lead procurement planning, manage a procurement team, and ensure value through effective execution across projects. This hybrid position requires 2–3 days in office, with sites in Clayton, NC and Conshohocken, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience in engineering or capital construction purchasing preferred.
• Travel around 10–20% is anticipated.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning activities and develop SMEP, strategies, templates and tools.
• Manage a team of buyers, expeditors and subcontract admins with guidance.
• Coordinate procurement transactions for materials/equipment and services.
• Oversee major purchases of complex or high‑risk items.
