Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, to own content strategy and execution across digital channels.

The role involves turning highly technical clinical and digital health topics into credible materials for pharma, biotech, and clinical research audiences. You will collaborate with Science, Commercial, Product and Leadership, manage WordPress assets, and guide visual design and campaigns for webinars, conferences, and paid media.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience with strategy and hands-on execution.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearable sensors, digital measures, eClinical solutions, or related regulated environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced WordPress knowledge and experience managing site content and layouts.
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, CRM-connected marketing, and analytics.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid campaigns.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events and activities.
• Experience working in a CRO or life sciences services company or clinical tech provider.

Responsibilities

• Own an integrated content strategy aligned with commercial priorities and audience journeys.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality blog articles, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and more.
• Oversee day-to-day VivoSense website content in WordPress and coordinate with external partners.
• Produce visual assets for campaigns, ads, blogs, and conference materials.
• Lead LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns, with performance reporting and optimization.
• Plan and deliver campaigns for conferences and trade shows, including collateral.
