Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences communications agency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate client needs, feedback, and next steps.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical brands and working within the medical, legal, and regulatory review process.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day pharmaceutical client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client brand, objectives, therapeutic area, audiences, and competitive landscape.
• Own client and creative briefs; guide internal teams with clear direction.
