Job summary
Lila Sciences is seeking a Strategic Product Marketing Manager (Life Science) to own go-to-market for its life science portfolio. You will translate complex AI and lab capabilities—RNA/mRNA design, DNA constructs, and medicinal chemistry—into credible stories and compelling offerings for biopharma, R&D, and data science teams.
You will craft messaging, launch plans, and evidence strategies, build technical content, and collaborate across product, sales, and customer success to accelerate
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Data Science, or a related field; MS/PhD a plus.
- 5+ years in Product Marketing or closely related roles at a B2B SaaS or life sciences company.
- Working knowledge of the life science value chain from discovery to early development.
- Familiarity with lab automation, assay platforms, and AI/ML in drug discovery.
- Exceptional writing and presentation skills for scientific/technical audiences.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine product narratives for RNA/mRNA design, DNA constructs, and AISF-powered workflows.
- Lead end-to-end GTM for new life science capabilities and map the customer journey.
- Create technical content: use case briefs, one-pagers, decks, blogs, and webinar scripts.
- Collaborate across Product, Sales/BD, and Marketing to drive pilots to signed programs.
