Job summary

Bachelor's degree in CM or engineering with 5–10+ years PM experience is required, plus a proven ability to manage complex multi-client projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering.
• 5–10+ years’ experience in construction management.
• Experience with corporate/commercial interiors; life science experience desirable.
• Experience managing multiple accounts/clients and supervising subcontractors & vendors.

Responsibilities

• Manage all staff assigned to project and relationship management among project owner, owner's tenants and all professional groups involved.
• Oversee documentation and administrative aspects relating to project management execution.
• Monitor schedules, spending and related.
• Prepare and review project reports, including status and financial reports and schedules.
• Review subcontractor and vendor invoices and approve or negotiate changes.
• Prepare change orders for approval by clients and director of operations and ensure subcontractors are advised.
• Prepare all close out documentation including warranty information, affidavits, record drawings, final retainage payments, and releases and accounting documents.
• Ensure final payments are received from client and appropriate invoices paid to subcontractors.
• Coordinate with in-house estimating for early purchasing.
• Support clients for early planning and scheduling prior to in-field execution.
• Advise clients on early release packages to maintain schedule.
