Primrose Retirement Communities in Cheyenne, Wyoming seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and run group recreation activities for residents. You will engage seniors, coordinate monthly events, and support outings, with duties including decorating and volunteer coordination.

The role benefits from a high school diploma, strong communication, and a willingness to drive residents to activities. Part-time, weekend hours required.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Activity Certification is preferred.
• Minimum of one year working with seniors preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to speak effectively to groups of residents and guests.
• Basic typing skills and Microsoft Publisher/Word/PowerPoint familiarity.
• Able to drive residents to outside activities in Primrose Van.

Responsabilidades

• Execute a creative life enrichment program meeting residents' interests and health needs.
• Encourage resident participation in activities and events.
• Coordinate monthly community events and organize local outings.
• Decorate the facility for special occasions and events.
• Identify volunteers and maintain the resident volunteer program.
• Distribute and post monthly life enrichment schedules for residents.
