Job summary

StoryPoint Mequon is seeking a Life Enrichment Lead to plan and coordinate activities for residents of a senior living community. The role emphasizes personal programming expertise to enhance social welfare and resident engagement.

Includes collaborating with the Life Enrichment Director, supporting administrative tasks, and ensuring safety in activity areas. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; prior senior care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings, weekends and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population; ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the overall direction, planning, communication and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support administrative tasks as needed while maintaining resident safety.
• Complete setup, clean up and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces; support transportation for outings.
• Provide direction to Life Enrichment support roles as needed.
• Uphold standards in line with company policies and resident wellbeing.
