Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Lead with administrative tasks.
• Maintain resident safety and proper setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas.
• Support transportation for outings and coordinate related tasks.
