Responsibilities

• Plan and lead meaningful daily activities for Long Term Care, Memory Care, or Rehab patients (some weekends/evenings/holidays required).
• Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure all State, Federal, and facility guidelines are met.
• Collaborate with staff to build morale and bring the fun to our residents.
