Job summary

Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center in Springfield, MO is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan and lead meaningful activities for residents in Long Term Care, Memory Care or Rehab. You will assess, document, and follow care plans with attention to regulations, while collaborating with staff to keep residents engaged and joyful.

Join our family-oriented TEAM at Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center in Springfield, MO as a Life Enrichment Assistant!

We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and creative individual who enjoys working with seniors and is passionate about enhancing their quality of life.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and lead meaningful daily activities for Long Term Care, Memory Care, or Rehab patients (some weekends/evenings/holidays required)
• Complete assessments, care plans, and documentation in a timely manner
• Ensure all State, Federal, and facility guidelines are met
• Collaborate with staff to build morale and bring the fun to our residents

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Team player with basic typing and computer skills
• CNA certification required
