The Aspenwood Company - Village On the Park Stonebridge Ranch is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to design and carry out engaging activities for residents in a senior living community in McKinney, TX. The role emphasizes creativity, energy, and heartfelt service to enhance residents’ daily lives.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of activities experience with seniors, and strong communication and HIPAA compliance.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• HIPAA compliance understanding.
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and implementing activities for residents.
• Engage residents in on-site and off-site activities to promote social connections.
• Prepare supplies for activities and events.
