Job summary

StoryPoint in East Lansing, MI seeks a Life Enrichment Assistant to support planning and delivering activities for residents in our senior living community. This role helps promote social welfare and resident engagement through meaningful daily activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Assist transportation by attending outings and coordinating tasks.
• Adhere to all standards in the Employee Handbook.
