Outcome HC is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to plan, implement, and evaluate programs that enrich residents’ physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual well-being. You will work with residents individually or in groups to deliver engaging activities and events across campus.

You will support planning, decorate for special occasions, and help coordinate transportation and family activities while maintaining flexibility for weekend and holiday coverage.

Competenze

• Requires a college degree in a related field preferred, or a high school diploma with related experience.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Must be sensitive to senior adults and their needs.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Must be able to motivate others and foster engagement.
• Demonstrates creativity and willingness to innovate.
• Flexible to adapt to residents' and building needs.
• Ability to follow direction and complete tasks.
• Understands and ensures compliance with applicable licensure standards.
• Strong interpersonal and guest-relations skills.

• Plan and implement monthly resident programs and calendars.
