Job summary

Experience Champaign Urbana seeks a Life Enrichment Coach to deliver the PEARLS program to seniors in their homes or community spaces, documenting progress and coordinating with Aging Navigators to connect clients with needed services.

You will work with the Senior Resource Center and Counseling Center, participate in trainings, and help seniors live more fulfilling lives through proactive engagement and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable representing an organization in public settings and one-on-one.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Genuine warmth and respect for diverse backgrounds.
• Basic data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the PEARLS program to seniors in clients' homes or chosen locations.
• Document care plans electronically and maintain progress notes.
• Advocate for clients by connecting them with services through Aging Navigators and Advocates.
• Represent Family Service at community events and share PEARLS benefits with seniors and partners.
• Collaborate with the Senior Resource Center and Counseling Center and participate in trainings.
