Job summary

National Church Residences' Harmony Trace located in Hilliard, OH is seeking a Part-Time Life Enrichment Assistant to support daily activity planning and engagement for residents.

The role requires a completed high school education and 1–2 years of experience with the elderly, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Windows, MS Office, and the internet is preferred; a driver’s license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed high school education or equivalent.
• One to two years of working with the elderly.
• Good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director/Life Enrichment Leader in scheduling and developing life enrichment activities.
• Assist in recruiting, directing, and supervising all volunteers.
• Act on behalf of the Director of Life Enrichment when not in the facility.
• Lead activities on scheduled work days.
