Job Overview

We are seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to assist the Director/Leader in planning and executing all life enrichment activities for our residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of experience working with the elderly.
• Strong communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office Suite and the internet.
• Driver’s license preferred for possible future driving of facility van.

Essential Functions

• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment in scheduling and developing life enrichment activities.
• Assist in recruiting, directing, and supervising volunteers.
• Act on behalf of the Director of Life Enrichment in the Director’s absence.
• Lead activities on scheduled work days.
