Job summary

StoryPoint in Powell, OH is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant for a part-time schedule on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 9am to 5pm. You will help plan and lead activities that enhance residents' social welfare.

This role requires 1–3 years related experience, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to work independently and with a team. Pay is $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Compassion for the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with the planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
• Supports the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings, coordinating administrative tasks, and upholding safety practices.
• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
