Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1 year experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Interest in arts/crafts or music is highly desirable.
• Ability to handle emotional and behavioral situations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activity programs to improve residents' quality of life.
• Make daily announcements for events and birthdays.
• Plan monthly calendars and contribute ideas for future activities.
• Coordinate with volunteers and supervise them during activities.
• Document attendance and complete participation records.
• Assist with outings and communicate with community organizations.
