Job summary

Rockingham County, NH is seeking a Life Enrichment Aide to implement multi-faceted activities for residents, meeting their physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being. You will lead programs, provide individual interventions, and assist with transporting residents and setting up materials.

The role requires experience with elderly, fluency in English, and comfort speaking in groups. Hours are Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm, with rotating weekends; full-time, non-exempt, union.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with elderly.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Comfortable speaking in groups.
• High-School Diploma or GED required.
• NH Nursing Board approved LNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead activity programs for residents.
• Complete individual activity interventions.
• Transport residents and prepare/maintain work areas.
• Assist as assigned by Life Enrichment Supervisor.
