Qualifications

• Must have a valid CPR Certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must complete Dependent Adult Abuse training within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year of experience working with specific populations.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a monthly calendar of activities.
• Plans group and individual activities for participants.
• Completes assessment of individuals' interests and needs.
• Documents activities as per regulations.
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
