Job summary

StoryPoint Group in Fort Wayne is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support enrichment activities for residents in a senior living community. The role requires compassion, independence, and teamwork to enhance residents' social welfare and interests.

The position is full-time with a schedule that includes 9:30-5:00, Monday to Friday, plus one 10:30-6:30 shift and every 3rd weekend. Pay is $17 per hour, with daily pay options and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule, may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Responsibilities

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication and execution of activities and life skills.
• Support the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Support transportation by attending outings and coordinating related tasks.
• Adhere to and uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
