Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior data architecture leader to own the ALIP data vision and governance, driving enterprise data strategy across ALIP, ALIP Staging, Q&I, Digital Connect, and analytics platforms. • Senior data architecture leader with deep experience in enterprise data platforms and policy administration in life insurance.
• Product mindset with architecture discipline and hands-on delivery credibility to shape ALIP data solutions.
• Ability to map data structures to downstream applications and enterprise data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term data architecture vision across ALIP and related data products.
• Establish standards, governance models, and architecture review practices for major ALIP initiatives.
• Own the strategic roadmap for ALIP data capabilities, improving usability and business value.
• Define enhancements for downstream data consumption across reporting, analytics, and integration.
• Serve as the primary ALIP data architecture advisor for client implementations.
• Help clients leverage ALIP data assets within their enterprise data strategy.
• Guide mapping of ALIP data structures to downstream systems and data lakes.
• Create reusable mapping frameworks, reference architectures, and accelerators.
• Identify recurring client data challenges and translate to roadmap improvements.
• Lead evolution toward event-driven, CDC-based, streaming, and real-time models.
• Partner with product, engineering, delivery, and client teams to improve scalability.
