Job summary

Churchill Downs Racetrack is seeking a Senior Manager to lead licensing and merchandising programs globally, collaborating with the external agency to seize opportunities and grow revenue while upholding brand standards.

Under the Senior Director, you will identify opportunities, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-departmental projects to expand licensing reach and protect our iconic Kentucky Derby brands.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day licensing and merchandising programs and vendor relationships to drive revenue.
• Coordinate with external licensing agency and internal stakeholders to align with brand guidelines and maximize reach.
• Execute licensing strategy and retail programs to grow revenue and protect brand equity.
• Monitor performance, trends, and opportunities to balance growth with brand protection.
