Conrad Consulting seeks a Senior Licensed Surveyor to lead surveying projects from proposal through delivery in Laurel, MD. You will oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic and construction surveys, and mentor staff to ensure top-quality results.

The role requires a Maryland PLS license (or reciprocity), 8+ years of experience, and strong client management skills. Hybrid work option, ESOP, and generous PTO accompany a clear leadership path.

Qualifications

• Maryland PLS license or reciprocity.
• 8+ years of land surveying experience.
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys.
• Experience managing projects, budgets, and survey teams.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage survey projects from proposal through final delivery.
• Oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic and construction surveys.
• Mentor and develop survey staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Review plats, legal descriptions, and survey documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
