Job summary

Becker Morgan is seeking a Licensed Surveyor in Dover, DE to perform and oversee professional land surveying services across multiple project types. You will ensure accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring field and office staff.

The role requires strong leadership, CSA/NSPS knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with clients and project teams on scope, schedules, and budgets. A valid PLS licensure and driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, subdivision, easement, and right-of-way surveys.
• Prepare, review, and certify survey documents and legal descriptions.
• Research deeds, plats, easements, field data, and public records to establish property boundaries.
• Coordinate project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables with clients and teams.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to field and office staff.
