Job summary

U.S.VETS, the nation’s largest nonprofit with boots on the ground to end veteran homelessness, seeks a Licensed Clinical Supervisor for CVHI in California. You will supervise clinicians, ensure evidence-based practices, and deliver therapy to veterans and families while coordinating with leadership for staff training.

You’ll oversee program quality, compliance, and reporting, and provide direct services including screenings and psychosocial assessments, with telehealth as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT licensure and be approved by the Board of Behavioral Sciences
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy and/or Psychology required
• At least five years of clinical experience
• At least three years of supervisory experience
• Experience with PTSD diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to work with adults, children, couples, and families
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience working with military populations and/or veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees clinical aspects of the program and provides staff clinical supervision
• Ensures treatment aligns with established protocol and policy
• Leads regular clinical and administrative meetings
• Collaborates with leadership to develop training plans for staff
• Monitors evidence-based practices implementation
• Ensures quality assurance and regulatory compliance of client records
• Delivers evidence-based therapy to veterans and families
• Performs patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, and documentation
• Participates in program evaluation and reporting
• Provides services via telehealth as required
• Performs other duties as assigned
