Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional product design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience designing licensed consumer products is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ability to create CADs, product mockups, presentations, and production-ready artwork
• Strong understanding of color, graphics, materials, and consumer product design

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new product concepts
• Create original, trend-driven product ideas based on consumer insights, licensed properties, and online opportunities
• Translate licensed characters, brands, and artwork into creative and commercially viable products
• Create product CADs, mockups, artwork, and presentations to clearly communicate design concepts
• Develop products with the online consumer in mind, ensuring visual impact and differentiation
• Work within licensor brand guidelines while keeping products fresh and unique
• Incorporate licensor and internal feedback into designs
• Manage multiple projects and licenses simultaneously while meeting deadlines
