Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in an insurance or legal-related industry.
• New Jersey Title 59 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages complex caseloads from assignment through resolution with minimal supervision.
• Evaluates claim merits, identifies defenses, and develops strategies to mitigate risk and control costs.
• Negotiates claim resolutions through settlement or denial while balancing customer service and financial stewardship.
• Directs litigated matters with defense counsel, providing strategic guidance on discovery, expert retention, and settlement opportunities.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures compliance with company policies, industry best practices, and applicable laws.
