Qualifications

• PhD or MSc with strong relevant experience in Li-ion cell design.
• Experience designing and developing custom lithium-ion cells.
• Deep knowledge of battery materials, chemistry and manufacturing.
• Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and propose solutions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced Li-ion cell technologies.
• Collaborate with materials, chemistry, and manufacturing to progress ideas into solutions.
• Plan and execute testing programs, analyze performance data, and address design challenges.
