Duties:

  1. Handle complex litigation involving surety and fidelity claims, insurance coverage, and related commercial disputes.
  2. Represent clients in federal and state courts across New York and New Jersey.
  3. Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and lead case strategy.
  4. Collaborate with clients, experts, and internal teams to develop litigation plans.

Requirements:
